We’re in June!
The time has flown by! I can’t believe it’s June! I’ll be starting my journey at the end of the month so I need to get as much training in as possible. I was in London last weekend for a couple of days to watch my Dad’s team Huddersfield at Wembley. Luckily they won so everybody was happy! I returned on Tuesday evening and head straight out for a ride. Over the next 48 hours I clocked up two gym sessions and 110km on the bike! I’m now feeling pretty tired so I’ll be having an afternoon off the bike. The hip seems to be holding up well and the muscle tweak seems to have disappeared. I’ve really got to put in maximum effort over these next few weeks to build up the strength and stamina needed for the trip. Bring it on!
